No disrespect to Jiffy but that stuff wouldn't be sold if people realize they can make thier own cornbread easily. What best is that this recipe combines both whole cornmeal and I used King Arthur's Flours cause that my favorite and of course free of dairy and eggs.
Vegetarian/Vegan food is grrreat! and I am here to prove it through tested recipes, random throw it together meals, and reviewing the latest in Atlanta and beyond. Here or there you may find random pics of what I've tried and if it worked for me. Rest assured Lexy eats her share of veggies :)

Mmmm.... Cornbread
I made this cornbread with the black eye peas and collards in a previous post. But I just wanted to show off my cast iron skillet, I used it to bake the cornbread.
No disrespect to Jiffy but that stuff wouldn't be sold if people realize they can make thier own cornbread easily. What best is that this recipe combines both whole cornmeal and I used King Arthur's Flours cause that my favorite and of course free of dairy and eggs.
